Don’t have too much to say about this. I know there’s some water retention. And I know that I did some good work (I ran/walked 12 miles, and worked out 4 times). But obviously, I need to control my intake better. So my additional goal is to keep under 2,200 Calories a day.
Just more work ahead.
But that’s what I have to do.
