Okay, same thing happened this week as last:  bad first few days…good last few.  What does that result in?  Not the results I wanted. 

And I’ve been absent on this blog, too.  Not that I’ve ever had great things to say, but the knowledge that I would be posting here every day with my exercise and eating really motivated me to keep on track.  So, I will make a much more concerted effort to make an appearance daily.

Goals for Next Week:
15 miles run/walk
150 minutes Cardio
300 push ups
300 sit ups
Fast
Date with Anna
Pray daily
Devotional daily
