Total loss: 131.6
Remaining to goal: 41.6

I am so happy with this weigh-in!  Yeah, I gained 0.2 pounds.  And yeah, I crapped away the first three days of this week.  But after that, I really did eat and act in a way that I am very proud of.  No, it wasn’t enough to “erase” all the damage of before, but my mind is really in the right place. 

And that’s a great thing!

150 minutes Cardio

Devotional daily

  2. .2lbs is nada, a will’o’wisp on a strong breeze, no bigger than a twitch of my cat’s whiskers. You’re on the downward track for the coming week, fo’ sure.
