According to Plan

A great day!  I got some good Cardio in–and yes, it was in the morning, as that seems to be the best time for me.  I fasted.  Anna and I had dinner with my dad: beefy rice, pot roast, salad, and cinnamon mocha cake.  Yum!  And I still had a deficit of almost 2,000 Calories–of course that’s easy when you’re only eating one meal and a snack!!

Nothing too much more to report other than that it’s currently snowing, and while I love the snow, I’m not looking forward to running in it tomorrow. 

Ugh.

Now, off to register for my 1/2 Marathon and find a training plan.  Any suggestions?

Tuesday:
53 minutes of cardio
50 push ups
50 sit ups
1 60-second front plank
1 60-second side plank
Pray daily
Devotional daily
Fast
Calorie Deficit: 1,972

Total:
3 mile walk
100 push ups
100 sit ups
2 60-second front planks
2 60-second side planks
Pray daily

Calorie Deficit:
– Sunday: 661
– Monday: 168
– Tuesday: 1,972

Remaining:
147 minutes of cardio
9 miles run/walk
200 push ups
200 sit ups
300 jumping jacks
4 60-second front planks
4 60-second side planks

  2. 2,000 calories in the bank? Wow. Good thing for you that you don’t carry them over. I like your 500 cal deficit a day rule – smart thinking.
