30 minutes 3 times a week with God. My goal for next week–the last of this year–is to post a prayer project from one of my conversations with Him.
No eating after 8 pm. I didn’t do this this tonight, nor last night. Tough week. But ‘Tis the Season? 🙂
Develop post 1 recipe a week. Done! And next time, I have something special (I think).
Get 1 item done on the “Honey-Do” list a week. I got the expanding foam insulation in the windows and closed up the small wall that was added in the master closet. I love getting things done for Anna.
No candy. More seasonal eating. The plan was supposed to put a curb on this. But the snacking is still out of hand. My plan is to continue this goal going forward, even though it should be easier. Easier, but still super important–just like the no eating after 8 pm (which will probably change to 9 pm).
Weekly weight loss: 0.6
Total loss: 142.4
Closer! I’m at least headed in the right direction. And add to that the fact that it’s the holiday season, and I’m okay with this week–as long as there’s another loss (no matter how small) next week!
