Week 75 (6.10)

Weight: 220.6

Weekly Weight loss: 2.8
Total weight lost: 145.0
Average Weekly Loss: 1.97

So, I’m not sure how much of htis is real, sincce I did just do all that exercise yesterday, but it is what the sccale says…and I’ll be doing my best to drop below 220 next week.  And though my average loss is still under 2 pounds, it did get a little closer. 

This really is hard work, you know?

  1. Hey Beej, You're looking good, either way! Hang in there. It is hard (so hard). But the other side of 220 is not far away. You'll get there. 🙂
