Nothing much

Okay, gang, nothing much to report today.  It was a busy day at work (with an hour-long meeting) and a long lunch with one of my best friends–and that meant for no gym time.  But I got my strength training in at home and I think I may wake up early for a morning run–but that has only happened once or twice.  But we’ll see.

Tomorrow’s another trip to Dr. Acula.
