So, I didn’t totally erase last week’s scale avalanche, but this is getting better. There’s no way I’m making my goal of 215 by my birthday, but being under 220 could be possible.
Why am I more confident in this week’s weigh in being accurate as opposed to last week’s? After my exercise yesterday, I was at 222.0–the same exact weight as last week! And I expected to gain more weight after that, since I’d still need to eat and drink (you know, generally replenish my nutrients). So yeah, I’m much happier this week. Hope your weekend is as bright as mine!
