So, that’s the damage. Not cool. Of course, it’s inflated a little bit. Heading in to yesterday morning, I was at 227.2. So, I know this is a lot of water weight, but I’m still not happy. I fully intend on being back to my weight from last weigh-in next week. I know it will be a tough go. But I can and will do it. It’ll take extra workouts and extra vigiliance with the eating. But I can’t let this carry on, you know? So here we go. Full speed ahead. I want to be under 225 by May. Bummer. I wanted to be under 220 by May.
But really? That 4.2 pound gain was totally worth it!
