I kept up my average, and now I’m under 230!!! I’m in the 220’s. That’s ridiculous! And I didn’t push it either. I did a little more than my recent normal, but I didn’t go overboard. Sweet! I’m going to try keeping up this routine this week–maybe add some more sit ups and push ups.
I’m super happy, but scared to see if I bump back up. You know, with each 10-milestone, I realize that I never want to get that high again, so precariously under 230 isn’t comfortable. I need to be at 225 or something to feel a little safer. That’ll have to wait a couple of weeks, though.
Funny, too that this is my 230th post, and I’m under 230 pounds!
