Back & Link

My back seems much better!  I still walk a little weird, but there are no spasms anymore!  In fact, I was able to go through my workouts with no problems (other than being super tired).  I think that tomorrow, I’ll be able to do a great long walk.  And I have some New Year’s Day Resolutions.  That’s right.  Not resolutions for 2010.  These are resolutions for January 1st, 2010:

  1. Run a 5k on New Year’s Day.  Pretty much I’ll just take a route that’s 3.1 miles–and walk run it!  Then I’ll post my time (and maybe my route, too).
  2. Take part in my city’s Polar Bear Dip.
  3. Enjoy lunch at a 2-for-1 Sushi Place.
  4. Seriously, finally, create a budget with Anna.  Seriously.

Anyone else?  Any New Year’s Day Resolutions?

Also I found another great blogger: Seth Simonds.  His voice is great, and his method for charting his loss is really interesting.  I’m not going to go into too much detail, since it’s a lot of fun to read.  Seriously, go check it out!
