Lots of Stats

Going Out With a Bang! Update:

• No alcohol (I had a small sip at dinner on Saturday)
• No Fast Food (NONE)
• Read three books (just finished my first)
• Cook dinner three nights a week (nope)
• Stop eating at least 2 hours before bed (ate late once)
• End the year under 275 pounds (on track)

  1. I love the color coding! That is a great way to get a good visual of your progress. The good thing to note is that there is more green than yellow or red. Now you need to get more green than yellow AND red. Have a great week!
