This week’s goal is to lose at least 2.7 pounds–to keep me above my average. I think I can do it. But it’s going to take more activity and less eating.

    Thanks Steve! I noticed your name, and it made me remember the first time I tried the South Beach. SO successful! Lost maybe 25-30 pounds in two months. But then I got lazy and slipped into my old habits. But of the diets, that's the one I'd recommend. Hope it's working out for you!
